Will Virat Kohli play?

Virat Kohli arrived in New York on Friday and joined the squad. But after travelling 12,000 kilometers from Mumbai to New York, it’s uncertain whether he will play the only warm-up. He hasn’t had a practice session in New York yet. The only practice session he would have is against Bangladesh. But for obvious reasons, Kohli will be jetlagged and that could prevent him from playing.

Warm-up rules

The IND vs BAN warm-up will be in the same format (20 overs per side) as regular T20Is but won’t carry international T20 status as teams will be allowed to field all the players in the squad, including reserves.
