Emiliano Krosi, a 24-year-old burglar, has been sentenced to over 11 years for a spree of 33 burglaries, including targeting Arsenal’s Raheem Sterling. Krosi stole around £1.14 million worth of items, including £300,000 in designer goods from Sterling’s home. Other victims included footballers Marc Cucurella and Scott Dann as the Police recovered many stolen items, and other suspects remain wanted.

With the football world coming to a shock, it has been in the news that Raheem Sterling, the England and Arsenal star, was among the victims of a burglary ring led by Emiliano Krosi. Krosi, 24, from Southend, was sentenced to over 11 years in prison after being convicted of 33 burglary-related offenses. The group was responsible for stealing over £1.1 million in valuables, including an estimated £300,000 worth of designer items from Sterling’s home.

Krosi targeted large, affluent properties, often breaking in through windows to steal items such as jewellery, watches, and cash. He kept a detailed record of his crimes, marking the homes he had targeted or planned to target on his phone with “pins.” After each burglary, Krosi would search the market value of the stolen goods, some of which were later found on his phone.

Other victims included former Crystal Palace player Scott Dann and Chelsea’s Marc Cucurella, whose homes were also targeted. Police successfully recovered a number of stolen items, including Rolex watches and designer bags. Three accomplices, Alfred Isufi, Gerard Kalaja, and Henri Osmani are still wanted by police and are believed to have fled the UK. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to search for the remaining suspects.
