Manu Bhaker, former Youth Olympics Champion will be spearheading the community in the Paris Olympics. The 22-year-old will be participating in the women’s 10m air pistol, 25m pistol and 10m air pistol mixed team.
Bhaker will accompanied by former Asian Games champions Sarabjot Singh and Arjun Singh Cheema in the 10m air pistol Indian team, 19-year-old 19-year-old shooter Esha Singh, who won four medals in Hangzhou, Sift Kaur Samra, individual gold medalist in the women’s 50m rifle 3 positions at the Asian Games 2023, etc.
15 individuals participated in the previous editions Olympics, yet failed to bag a medal. With high expectations sky high, the group of 21 would look to end the lean patch.
