‘Nobody will take my voice anymore’ – Gaza hostage on her days as captive
Moran Yanai was taken hostage by Hamas on 7 October and spent 54 days in captivity.
She was released in a ceasefire deal last November, in exchange for Palestinian prisoners held in Israel jails.
Ms Yanai spoke to the BBC’s Lucy Williamson about the violence she suffered and the first time she felt safe enough to cry.
