Liverpool vs. Chelsea lineups, live stream: Where to watch Premier League online, prediction, TV channel, odds
It’s a top of the table clash as Liverpool host Chelsea at Anfield. Both sides have gotten off to strong starts to the season under new management, but coming off the international break, tougher fixtures will be ahead. Liverpool will need to balance Champions League commitments with their performances in league play, but with the Blues in the top four, Arne Slot can’t rotate too much for this fixture. Currently top of the table, with a victory, Liverpool will ensure that they spend another week leading the league no matter what Manchester City do later in the day.

Storylines
Liverpool: With Alisson ruled out of the match, Slot will have some defensive worries, but with Liverpool only allowing two goals during the young season, it’s about more than just the keeper in this strong team defense. They’ll be facing one of the top scoring teams in the league in Chelsea but having Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz, Liverpool will have plenty to challenge Chelsea in the clash.
Liverpool predicted XI: Caoimhin Kelleher, Andrew Robertson, Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ryan Gravenberch, Wataru Endo, Luis Diaz, Dominik Szoboszlai, Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota
Chelsea: Under Enzo Maresca, this is becoming more than just the Cole Palmer show. Noni Madueke and Jadon Sancho are bringing life to the wings for the Blues while Nicolas Jackson is finding his finishing boots leading the line. A side that can score on anyone in the world, where Chelsea needs to improve is with their team defense. It will be quite a task to go into Anfield and collect a point but if the Blues are able to do that, it’ll announce them as true title contenders.
Chelsea predicted XI: Robert Sanchez, Renato Veiga, Levi Cowill, Tosin Adarabioyo, Malo Gusto, Enzo Fernandez, Romeo Lavia, Moises Caicedo, Jadon Sancho, Nicolas Jackson, Cole Palmer
Prediction
In front of their home faithful, Liverpool will find the cracks in Chelsea’s defense to collect a fourth consecutive victory. Pick: Liverpool 2, Chelsea 1
