A scheduled hearing in Hunter Biden’s tax case has been indefinitely postponed following the confirmed delay in the trial.

California Federal Judge Marc Scarsi confirmed that motions hearings, which were set to take place on Wednesday in Los Angeles, have been postponed, as first reported by Politico’s Josh Gerstein.

Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty to failing to pay $1.4 million in taxes from 2016 to 2019.

Scarsi previously ordered that the tax case trial be pushed back from June 20 to September 5.
