First day of deliberations ends
Wednesday was the first day of deliberation for the jury in the hush-money case against Donald Trump.
The 12 New Yorkers must reach a unanimous verdict on whether Trump is guilty of falsifying business records in relation to a hush-money payment made to adult-film star Stormy Daniels.
The BBC’s Nada Tawfik explains what the jury was told after listening to nearly five weeks of testimony.
