A mugshot of Christina Bobb, a former lawyer for Donald Trump, made its way across social media on Tuesday sparking mockery after she pleaded not guilty in Arizona on charges related to her alleged involvement in the state’s fake electors case.
Bobb, who is head of the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) election integrity unit, was indicted last month by Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes in connection to alleged attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in favor of Trump.
In April, Mayes announced that 18 people, including Bobb, had been charged with felony offenses, including fraud, forgery and conspiracy, in connection with a scheme to falsely declare that Trump had beaten Joe Biden in the state in 2020. Biden beat Trump in Arizona by less than 11,000 votes. Trump has not been charged in the scheme but is listed as “Unindicted Coconspirator 1” throughout the indictment.

Other Trump allies indicted by the Arizona grand jury are former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani, a former mayor of New York City before serving as an attorney for Trump.
On Tuesday, 11 people, including Bobb, who was in court virtually, were arraigned as she pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Amid Tuesday’s arraignment, the mugshot of Bobb began circulating across social media as some took to X, formerly Twitter, to mock the former Trump lawyer.
Newsweek has reached out to Bobb via direct message on Instagram for comment.
Liberal news site MeidasTouch criticized Bobb for trying to make the same mugshot “pose” Trump made when he had his mugshot taken in August 2023 when he was booked in Georgia on racketeering charges.
“She tried to do Trump’s mugshot pose. It didn’t go well,” Medias Touch wrote on X.
X user Art Candee also took aim at Bobb’s appearance, writing: “Christina Bobb’s Arizona mugshot for the fake electors scheme just dropped. She looks possessed.”
User A_tothe_Z_Amber noted Bobb’s role at RNC’s election integrity unit writing, “Why the long face Christina Bobb? She has pleaded not guilty in the AZ fake electors case. Looking really good for being the new RNC Counsel for ‘Election Integrity’.”
However, Bobb has seemed to embrace her mugshot as she shared it in a post on X, writing: “Welcome to Biden’s America” and has made the photo her profile picture.
Others such as Brian Glenn, a former broadcaster for the Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN), and Vanessa Broussard, a news anchor for RSBN, showed their support for Bobb by posting her mugshot and writing: “I stand with @christina_bobb.”
