Commission to present 2024 Enlargement package – assessing accession process | Highlights | Home | AFET | Committees
On 18 November, the Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi will present the 2024 enlargement package to the Members of the Foreign Affairs Committee. The debate will focus on the progress made by candidate and potential candidate countries on their respective EU accession paths.
Following the Commission’s assessment of the EU-related reforms in the enlargement countries, AFET rapporteurs will draft resolutions, outlining Parliament’s conclusions and recommendations for each country.
