Bears Place Jaquan Brisker on IR Who Has Been in Concussion Protocol Since October
The Chicago Bears are placing safety Jaquan Brisker on injured reserve due to a concussion he received back on Oct. 5. Brisker remains in concussion protocol, despite being hit over a month ago.
NFL insider Ari Meirov posted a video of the hit, which shows Brisker taking a big shot to his head via a tackle he was attempting on a Carolina Panthers defender. Despite getting up, Brisker appeared to be shaken up.
Now, Brisker continues to remain in concussion protocol, which is highly concerning. It appears the young safety will need to remain away from football for the foreseeable future. He has not played since Oct., and he will finish the rest of November on IR.
