Emergency services were called to an address in The Coppice in the early hours

Two people have been found dead following a house fire in Coventry.

West Midlands Police said it was working to identify them, after being called to an address in The Coppice at 04:50 GMT.

Officers were liaising with the fire service, which was working to identify the cause of the fire, the force added.

Anyone with information is asked to get in touch with police.
